ONLINE CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OFFERED FOR ANY REASON.

-If for any reason I am unable to attend one of the scheduled classes, a re-scheduled date and/or recorded session will be provided. Q&A will take place both via e-mail and at the following class with extra time allotted if necessary.

Instructions for joining via Zoom:

-Active participation is not required; you may watch and listen without your video enabled, and attend or leave the meeting at any time.

-If you do not have Zoom downloaded. you can access the meeting in your web browser using the link provided upon sign-up or purchase.

-All participants will be muted unless called on to ask a question.


-*IMPORTANT INFORMATION*: 
-I will be video recording only myself in the Zoom meeting room, mostly for quality assurance purposes. 

 

-All audio will be recorded. By agreeing to attend the event you also agree to the copyright terms for the resulting recordings stated in the waiver below. 
 

-If you volunteer to appear in front of the camera at any point, you also agree to these terms.

Copyright Waiver

I give Dru Silver the permission to film, photograph or record promotional material for music lessons. By attending this class, I give Dru Silver permission to use the resulting audio or video materials to promote "Dru Silver" and “Guitar Lessons with Dru Silver” in the following ways:

1. The video, photos, or audio may be uploaded to Dru Silver’s
website and/or promoted on other websites such as Youtube.
2. The video and audio material may be edited for presentation purposes.
3. The audio may be transcribed and used in written form.
4. My name will appear in written or spoken form in relation to the video, audio, photo, or written material.

I also transfer all ownership and copyright of the resulting audio or video recording to Dru Silver.
